Roehl does hire out of leesburg. They hire north of i4 mostly.
They have a school. You'll need $588 down that cover road test and hotel. Then they don't charge you for the school and after 120,000 solo miles your done. So you won't owe a penny.
I only know this cuz I work here and my brother was going to go through their school. He's just trying to get the money together.

There are plenty of companies down here that will hire newbies but not many have their own schooling. You could try getting a WIA or Gov. assistance and just go through a regular school.

I hear that the training portion can drag on for months not weeks at central. how did you survive?

For Florida drivers it is really hard to get a company to hire you. companies I know that would hire in your area are Stevens, CRST, US Xpress. Stevens and USX would require you to get done with a truck driving school in FL. Around your area, a good truck driving school I know is Roadmaster. Theres one in Tampa and one in Orlando. Stevens and USX both hire drivers who complete that school. CRST hire anywhere in Florida and would take you and put you in a truck driving school to get your CDL. Finding a good company in FL is really hard, I hope everything works out for you. Gud luck
