    Hey man when you get your license always remember no trucks in the left lane on a 3 lanes highway the state police will get you for that nd they call it easy money, a young rockie trooper nail me for that a few days ago i moved over to the left lane because it was clear when a stupid four wheeler caught me off nd break because he was too close of another truck that was in front of me i was ther for exactly 65 seconds nd he nailed me with 127$ citations smh i didn't pay for it duh nd i wanted to tell the judge next time i won't move over to save someone's life because i will be the one who is gonna get blamed.

    Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement. I had a couple other questions and figured I wouldn't start another thread.

    1. I was looking through Prime's online application and came to where they ask for a personal reference. There weren't any red asterisks that they have for required fields. Is it OK to skip it? If not, no biggie I can probably round up someone to use.

    2. Should I wait til maybe March or so to avoid mother nature making things even more difficult?

    3. Before going to school, would it benefit me to go ahead and get the learners permit?

    Yes, get the permit now, before school. Also get the endorsements along with the permit.
    You will also need:

    Original birth certificate
    Original social security card - not laminated

    Don't wait until March, start the paperwork now.

    I think I'm good to go on the ss card, but you reminded me of another question. I thought I read something somewhere about needing a different kind of birth certificate? The one I have has been OK with all my previous employers.
