If you have cardiovascular issues consider if you are eating too much and consuming other things such as alcohol, smoking, etc.
I do have a family history of cardiovascular issues and the greatest thing that has helped me is simply cutting down my food intake and getting my body into a state of ketosis either through intermittent fasting and one meal per day or simply not eating for an extended period of time. This will do more for you than any drug or vitamin pill and it is free.

Haven't tried glucosamine/chondroitin. I've been fortunate on the joints and no problems.
Some cholesterol medication cause bad joint pains. Just have to get the doctor to change medications.

I take so many supplements, I take about half in the morning and half at night.
I forgot Fish Oil capsules. My family physician told me to take 3 a day. I take 2 morning and 1 at night.
I order them from Sam's Club online shopping.
