If you have a 91-97 with the Bosch P pump the 1st thing you should do is buy a blixxton. It plugs into the pump and fools the rack to open more. With a 350 they advertised 30% gain and a few ppl have dyno'd it and its true. 100 extra ponies for 300$. Our boost went from 24 to 32-33. You'll need to install a pyro because it will get hot on a pull.

If you still need more go go juice you can get stage 2 injectors and and a bigger turbo. We have the 171702 that the 60 series guys love. Were seeing about 42-44psi. And the pyro never goes above 950. Here's a pic of the stock turbo with the 171702

They call it a s400 H/O 1.32ar 75/96mm no wastegate. Takes off like a rocket after 1550-1600. Puts my dads friend with a stock 5ek 500 to shame. The turbo will work on pre-ccrs Etech also and with better tuning and stg3 injectors will turn it into a mean mean dog. The turbo from Rochester is 2200 and has a wastegate.

Edit: we also rebuilt the 93 with the 15.3 compression instead of the stock 16.5. Don't have to worry about head gaskets going. I wouldn't trust 16.5 with a lot of fuel to it.

nice, mine is a 2000 though early e-tech with unit pumps. i kinda feel like someone has done some tuning on it in the past already its a pretty strong puller between the 14-1800 rpm range. and can puff a pretty good trail of black smoke between gears, iv had guys with 500hp c-15's tell me they have trouble keeping up with my little 460 12L. could always use more power but considering my loaded weights are normally between 90-100k lbs gross id hate to melt anything down i think im happy to just leave it alone...lol

I'd guess injectors maybe? Go to Rochester diesel and look at the blixxton for etech. We didnt get their turbo kit we got one off eBay for 900 and it will work on your 460

Our 99 has a crate 460 with a 427 ecu and it rolls coal pretty good. Even with 4.42s it can't keep up with the 93. Of the line it will but once in high range it's by by. The older E-7s seem like they have more power down low than the Etech. My dads 03 460 liked between 1600-1800. The 93 will keep it at 1400-1450 on a pull all day long

@Ezrider_48501 the blixxton you can get for yours has 28 diff settings and claims about 30-35% increase with out giving it any more fuel. The people that have it love it. I totally understand not wanting to burn up your money maker.

They know the E-7very well, gave us good advice when we were troubleshooting some issues. Don't be afraid to call em if you have any questions and there less than a day drive from you.

Here's the tuner I was talking about.
