as far as the automatic increase in mileage pay.....is that calculated from the day you started your OTR training or the day you went solo?

I don't know...you would think Swift would take the opportunity to make a big deal about giving a raise. They never tell me when it goes up...I just check payroll on the website and it tells you what each load paid milage wise. That in itself can be confusing because of the sliding pay scale and anything west of the Mississippi pays west pay...which is .02 lower than east pay.

And Walmart loads pay $.31 even when you are at $.34.

If you go regional you got to $.34 right off the bat! My mentor dropped a student off and he was Budweiser dedicated in Fontana because he was standing in the right place at the right time! :biggrin_2556:

Not sure about that, mine started the day I got coded. I've been solo for 4 months but already at 6 month pay rate.

I typically stay out 3 weeks and take 3 full days off.

I had the pleasure of meeting a guy that has 22 years in with Swift. He started with MS Carriers.

NOBODY AT 20 EVEN OFFERED HIM A FRIKKEN PENCIL! NO BUCKLE, NO GIFT CERTIFICATE ETC!

    UNGRATEFUL SCUM SUCKING PIGS!
