Why not improve that property and lease it to some other trucking company as a drop yard or trailer storage. Offer it to other drivers for hometime/layover, etc to stay by the day for say, $8/day. Make arrangements with other business such as pressure washers, etc. The driver could have his truck washed while he was home.

I'd then buy 1 truck and start hauling out of your own lot. Get that going then get a 2nd truck and hire a driver then a 3rd, etc. You could make that lot work for YOU instead of sitting there. The posibilites are limited only by your immagination.

Do you think you could oversee developing that swamp land for me?

That sounds like a really good business model.

Thanks for your reply,i was thinking about this too
    but 3 problems
    1. the property is for sale and for rent for 1.5 years, nobody was not interested to rent it.And the rent now is way cheaper then before 2008
2.don't want to put even 1 more penny in that property, even if i will sell it for 500 k i will lose 150-200 k that i have putted in it
3.I am sick and tired of Jacksonville, don't want to stay here anymore
