I would like to go toSwift Academy to get my licence. The problem is, that I was arrested for disorderly conduct. I took care of it did everything what the court ordered and they set it aside, which they said is like it never happened. Do I still have to tell about it when I apply?
Thanks

You do have to explain to everyone here what you did. Disorderly Conduct is usually something embarrassing. We are all family and it is our right to make fun of your stupidity.

I got pissed and broke some things in my house and my wife got scared and called the cops. It's more stupid then embarrassing.

Yes. That sort of thing will not show up anywhere. Unless of course you get sent to prison and they will have your arrest record there. It is not part of your criminal past. It is just a bump in the road. We, the trucking community, do not approve of spouse abuse, but we understand it. Sam Kinison quote.
