Whoever reads this and has been a trucker (solo,team,O/O), my brother and I are wanting to get into the trucking industry. I have worked as a Driver Manager for a trucking company, but sitting inside an office isn't my cup of tea. I have been trying to talk my brother into driving as well. Well, here is the chance, we are looking to see what is out there for trianing drivers and what company is good to work for as a team. I know he and I would make a great team. Just gotta get him trained and licened. I previously have a Class B but would also have to upgrade to an A. But not a problem. I haven't driven much, did alot in the military that is it. But I am wanting to attend a school with him so we can team together. Anyone out there has any ideas it would be appreciated. We have looked at CRST and a few others. Please give us your thoughts on what you may think would be good. Thanks for your time and happy trucking...........

being a team is alot like being married! all the problems and none of the fun. I realize your family, but before you decide to do this, lock yourselves is a 8by10 closet for two weeks with breaks once every ten hrs. you have to eat ,sleep and live in that closet. remember the truck only stops for fuel and breakdowns. At the end of the two weeks,if no one is dead, you might be able to pull it off. good luck

and just remember. he's your brother you have no choice but see him sooner or later if something were to go bad.
I teamed with my dad for a few years when I first started. It was an okay time but I wouldn't do it again -

So I Know Starting Out Will Be The Tough Part As Long As Both Of Us Don't Kill One Another...........lol We Have Done Things Before Together So It's Not Like This Is Gonna Be The First Time.
