    Has anyone heard of Precise Transportation, Inc.? I believe they're HQed in Western North Carolina. I believe they're owned by Owner Operator Land Inc.

    Horizon told me 3 years ago they average $1.30 a mile one way. I was nice and said thanks dut if you double that then maybe. Only way to make that work would be with a drop deck.
