    Schneider Bulk probably hire you. Tanker school in PA and TX.
    Usually have openings for local/regional/OTR.

    What you need to do is to visit these terminals in person. Ask to talk to the terminal manager. The manager has a lot to say when it comes to hiring for his terminal. That's the best way to get your foot in in the chemical tank business.
