I've never shipped a vehicle before and am looking for some pointers. The vehicle will ship from Prescott Valley, Arizona to Eugene, Oregon. $1300 is the highest quote.
I'm texting a broker now who requires a $300 Zelle fee.
Any advice on where to begin would be welcome.

Oh, be careful with that, pal. My daughter shipped her car from Cal. to Colorado, it was a nightmare. The car was almost lost. What these car haulers do, is they "pool" your car if they aren't going your way to someone that is. It doesn't pay to schlep one car to the middle of nowhere. There are reputable car haulers, but you get what you pay for. The higher quotes are the ones that will give door to door service, otherwise, good luck. If you can't haul it yourself, maybe drive the dang thing, but any shipping is usually a PITA.
