Warning about equipment financing

I just wanted to warn people about an equipment financing place. It is called CITADEL EQUIPMENT FINANCING in Santa Ana California. Me and my dad was going in together to buy a trailor. We found this place we filled out all the paperwork and was approved for what we needed. We even had the trailor picked out and was waiting for them to send us the money to go pick it up. Then they said they needed 2 payments and doc fees up front befor they send us the money witch ended up to be about $2300. So we sent that to them then they said it would be 8 business days befor they transfer the money. So about the 7th day they called and said the loan didnt go through for what reason i dont know. But we told them to send our $2300 back that they said would be refunded if loan fell through. They said they send out checks once a month and 3 months later we still couldnt get nobody to answer the phone. And when they did answer all u could do is leave a message but never to get a call back. FINALY about the end of the 3rd month after telling them i contacted a lawyer they called me back to say they dont kno why we havent received it yet but they would find out and call me back. So 2 weeks after that phone call we was back to leaving messages and not getting calls back. Finaly they called and said the check was in the mail it took about 8 months of messing with these people we only got $1600 back from them. Just trying to warn people about this place i hate to see good people get screwed out of there money they work hard for. This place has several BAD reviews on google please learn from my experience and dont use this place

I didnt know it was such a big ### deal. I was just trying to warn people about this place so they wouldnt get ###### like I did. If I knew I was goin to get an english lesson and #####ed at by a bunch of english teachers then I would have kep my warning to myself and let u all figure it out the hard way.
