That’s nothing to worry about. If it were, the Trucking Industry would not be able to function. The registration thing has always been a problem. Each Trailer should have a copy if D&H operation. They often don’t. I doubt they ever mentioned needing to check every time you hook a Trailer. Now you know. Leaking/Low tire. Sometimes can’t be avoided. I’ve never saw anyone check air in every tire before crossing a scale. Happened once to me. Tire was leaking, had 45lbs of air. I was put OOS. Filled it up, and back in Service, gone. Must have picked up a nail right before getting inspected. What are the chances? Mine were once in 30 years. All you can do is try to cover your ### as much as possible. It’s will benefit you, as I’m sure you know. Don’t worry about every little violation. It’ll be gone in 3 years, pretty minor. I doubt it will affect your Career. The ones that refuse you are probably the ones to avoid anyways. Doesn’t hurt to check out a prospective Employer yourself. Stay away from those with high safety scores. They’ll drag you down with them. Make you more susceptible to inspections. Works both ways.
Warning and OOS, should I change jobs?

When I did drop and hook I always did a thorough mechanical pre-trip inspection. Not likely that I’d have missed a flat tire.
However I never checked the registrations and just assumed they were up to date..
I got written up for no triangles once during a level one. Wasn’t my regular tractor and didn’t even think to look for them. Unfortunately it’s the small details that can bring you down.
When you repeatedly get dinged for the same stuff over and over then it just shows that you don’t learn.
Good luck with your new job hunt.Rideandrepair, Siinman, Oxbow and 2 others Thank this. -
When you apply to the new job they will pull your PSP report which will have the results of the inspection. Neither of your violations are big major things.

OP just apply to the jobs you are looking at and see what happens, more likely they won't even be brought up. I have had drivers apply with oodles of points and a few serious and while they didn't get hired by me, they were hired by others.Rideandrepair, Siinman, Oxbow and 3 others Thank this. -

If you’re looking for tickets just roll into a scale house overweight
Notice it says violation? Some violations will earn you costly fines.. -
