WARNING!!!!!! Con way truckload!!! pay atentention to the red flags.

So what's up with the 5,000 mile a week guarantee Conway Truck Load has for teams? My wife and I are heading for orientation on July 15th in Pheonix

 

Solo company drivers,what are the miles like these days,was there 2010-2011

 

I'd say an avg 2400-2500 ...some do better ...some do less ...

 

One week you to get 4000 cuz you were home they pay you 5000 at .45 cpm. Then next week lets just say you pull in 7000 you only get payed 6000

The truth is, some teams complained about the ups and downs of income. The company then came out with a "guaranteed" 5000 miles program for teams. You only qualify if you have a spotless service record. The deal is if you drive 4000 this week, and are paid for 5000, then the company is looking to get back the difference somewhere. They get it back when you drive 7000 you will only get paid for 6000.

Works nice for people with budgeting problems or stuck in a seasonal trap of some sort. The program is optional and you do have to qualify.
