Here is the deal, We send truck in for electrical issues concerning dash lights coming on and off while driving, and radio goes out at same hour. We also get a check engine light on way to dealer. We advise Pete shop of intermitting lights, radio out could be related and window will not go down and the check engine light is on. We are there 4 hours, I did not see anyone working on any vehicle the whole 4 hours i was there. We then go to a hotel. The next day we call and follow up and they say its the DPF filter, and nothing else. We ask what about the electrical problem, they say they will look into that and ordered parts for DPF. The next day we get to the shop and can very clearly tell they never looked at the window, so I complain because they service advisor said everything was looked at and the truck will be ready soon. The window was never diagnosed. They lied about the truck being ready and never looked at it. On top of that I still never see anyone working in the whole shop! They shop is not that organized. The only thing organized at this shop was the work orders on a desk. They do not have WIFI either, at least not for you the customer!

This shop sucks, they are lazy. BTW, now the door latch on my drivers side is loose and the door panel screws were never tightened all the way so the whole panel is loose including the door hinge. I am not sure why this shop is so poorly managed. We sat for 3 days, another guy had a engine head redone and took 6 days and 6k. He showed me the bill! Stay away from this place unless you want crappy work done!
