Oh man I just got three tickets at weigh station. 1. Was over weight on rear axle, but officer let me fix the tandems. 2. Log check showed 30 min over from a few days back. 3. Didn't have contacts in. The officer said that these are just warning tickets and no fines. Will these appear on my dac/mvr report ?

No, not on your DAC/MVR. And not on your CSA scores either......(unless you received an inspection and they were listed on the inspection)
-
No. I received a warning ticket two years ago and nothing came of it. Thank your lucky stars, that officer must have been in a good mood. There are a few good ones out there.
-
He did not inspect the truck but gave me another form the vehicle examination report and has those on there, Am I screwed?
-
But I've yet to see them show up.
Take what you hear about warning tickets with a grain of salt, I think. -
Thanks for info. Looks like I got some reading to do.
-
I was told warning tickets, still gets you csa, points???
-
I think they do too. Just read some of the csa info and it says it does. My career is ruined know.
-
I'm 99% sure they do. Ive gotten a bunch of warnings and a couple tickets. Everything shows up on the safer website a month later.
