Warning watch out for excel logistics

They send your office a revised rate sheet weeks after the load has delivered, reducing the rate, if someone happens to sign it in the office, they will resubmit the new rate and the agent or dispatcher will lose the difference. Thus making them more money, This is not the first time this has happened with them, I have had this same dealings with them 2 times now. They will claim something like it wasnt double blinded, or it was a hour late, they will add all kinds of charges to the original dealings making you lose a lot of money. The driver got screwed as did me the agent, if you have subagents or dispatchers in your office, make sure if you haul a load for them that they do not sign anything that is revised.

They will even go as far as calling someone in your office and say please send the rate sheet back or the driver cant pick load up. Most people unknowingly sign it. PLEASE AS A WARNING TO ALL ... I WOULD PLEADE WITH YOU NOT TO BE SUCKED INTO THESE PEOPLES SCAMS!!!



Load paid 450.00
on 270 miles .... they STOLE 225.00 out of the rate
leaving 225.00

they are the only bad bad brokers i have ran into so far, in 9 years of dispatching and 7 1/2 driving ... i have never had dealings this bad with any others ... most are resonable and they would rather work with you again than to just steal and rob, the lady debbie that runs this exel agency is well a worthless gutter slut to put it nicely, she cost me and the driver a lot of money.
