The warranty record ends on 11/17/17. There's a decent amount of repairs, but here's the most notable.

11/17/17 - HVAC actuators were replaced.
    8/22/17 - NH3 Sensor was replaced.
    1/10/17 - Thermostats were replaced.
11/22/16 - Nox Sensor was replaced.
10/31/16 - Check engine light, decomp tube was cleaned.
8/18/16 - Transmission ECA was replaced
8/4/15 - Water pump was replaced
6/16/15 - E117 campaign completed (engine bracket, engine belt)
11/29/14 - Crankcase pressure sensor was replaced.
8/28/14 - Brake valve was replaced
7/7/14 - E097 campaign was completed (engine software update)
5/12/14 - Crankcase Ventilation Module was replaced
4/2/14 - E082 campaign was completed (engine software update)
4/2/14 - 114-A Federal Recall was completed (Door latches)
2/7/14 - 10133 campaign was completed (exhaust brackets)
9/13/13 - E072 campaign was completed (engine software update)
8/16/13 - E073 campaign was completed (Fuel filter)

A lot of these were done with pretty low miles and none of them are unusual. The crankcase ventilator isn't surprising from a truck of this age - it was probably the first generation part number. Nothing alarming there.

Overall nothing alarming in the history, typical repairs that one would expect. Of course that's just what I can see and doesn't reflect the how the truck or engine may be if you purchase it.

I really appreciate your fast response and the in depth history of the truck. It has now 411.000 miles and the owner has all the maintenance logs up to date. I will fly to Minnesota next week. You say that it’s not a bad truck. Thank you again

If you purchased it brand new January 18 (and that's the in-service date) then you're still within your 12 month warranty period. The basic warranty is 12 months / 100,000 miles which includes the AC system.

Assuming the failure isn't maintenance related (clogged cabin filter for example) or customer abuse, etc - the repair would be covered under warranty.
