newbie to forum. Anyone ever had a customer ask for a general warranty statement affirming one's company holds all required licenses and certifications? If so, is there a template or does one just write it out. Thanks in advance for any input.
I have come across a couple things similar to this but the customer basically had a form stating what you said above I had to sign. Also had to send insurance, authority etc. etc.
When in doubt google; when really in doubt ask questions. I would ask them to clarify what it is they want.
