Warren Buffett now owns 100% of Pilot/Flying J

Berkshire Hathaway also owns 100% of BNSF. A union company and a majority of the employee's gripe constantly. I wonder i they will change the operations of Pilot/FJ in any significant way?

Love how the media has portrayed him as the oracle of omaha while ignoring the devastation left in his wake. But hey, at least he's donating all of his money to good causes when he dies! I mean forget the people that helped to build said companies Berkshire purchased and tuned. That's the problem with taking a company public i guess.

2nd and 3rd shift employee churn at a Kraft plant i delivered milk to was horrible. The day shift folks had decades vested and were knowledgeable & helpful. Counting the days to social security hoping they wouldn't be fired.

 

To be fair he would be hard pressed to make PFJ much worse.
