Well the swift recruiter called me this morning and said everything checked out fine, and when would I like to start school in Texas. Told her I was thinking around October, told me to call her back two weeks before I want to start school? Is this because of back ground checks?

Read what I have highlighted in bold from your posts. Then ask yourself this, "If this is the way they treat a person BEFORE they hire him, just how much worse will they treat me AFTER they hire me."

Don't know. Maybe they are trying to give you time to come to your senses. Now I know that we have a few people on here who work for SWIFT and are actually happy there. And I have had personal contact with a couple of drivers who were happy at SWIFT. But a lot more are not.

I sort of got a hard on for SWIFT when I went into the Pueblo CO terminal to try to talk to somebody about a job. I stood there for #### near a half hour, with a lot of different people ignoring me. I finally said "screw this," and walked out. I've never regretted it.
