I have a load coming up going to various drops inside the beltway, I seem to remember a 53' inside D.C. as taboo? Still the case?
Thanks Stan

No it should be but its not. Had restrictions after 911 but it's long been lifted. Just carried a load that delivered almost next to the capital a few weeks ago. Best to go in at night and get out way before sun up if you can

Anything over 55 feet overall requires an oversize permit! Over 75 feet overall an escort!

Thats up almost into Bethesda/Chevy Chase. Traffic will be the biggest obstacle. 90% of DC's elected officials live in that area between Potomac, Cabin John and Bethesda. Big money with me me me attitudes.
I grew up in that area,. worse drivers than NYC in my opinion.KANSAS TRANSIT Thanks this. -
