    Hi Members,

I want to transport car from Chesterfield, MO to Edison,NJ & my broker put it on loadboard but seems like no one is interested in picking up the car.I was wondering what's going on wasn't it the active/preferred route or we priced it unrealistic.

Any insight would be highly appreciated. If anyone is going that route & want to pick it up please reach out directly to me or the broker

Maybe because it's inoperable 2012 Tesla Model S that you're trying to ship. Does it go on neutral at all? I don't have a winch, but if I had one I sure wouldn't try to pull 4700 lb. extra wide vehicle that doesn't steer or roll. Try to raise your rate.

Thanks for your response. What would be reasonable price to get it picked?
It has all the wheels but Tesla disabled the car. Does car carriers have wheel dolly's to load this kind of Inoperable cars?

Never seen car carriers using wheel dollies. I would raise a hundred every few days till it gets picked if I was in a hurry.

Also,Is this busy line with lot of trucks going through this route?
I was told by the broker if a truck has winch & they want to pick car for additional price they will give him a call isnt it the case?
How long usually it takes for shipping from MO to NJ

It's a busy lane. Listen to your broker. Shipping shouldnt take more than 3-4 business days for regular cars...
