People who get 1 million plus miles on a ISX engine original build.
Which if you go by the Cummins maintainence intervals for highway use hardly ever happens.

Last year in october/november my plastic oil refill tube was cracked almost all the way at the bottom and i didn't notice, drove through rain, splashed from wheels, washed truck/motor water contaminated oil and turned into this peanut butter boiled sludge deposit on top cover. I thought was leaking head gasket , i pressure tested cooling system , did oil analises after but was just water.
I didn't know water and oil mixes inside the motor, i thought would evaporate , but actually water boils at 212F and my oil temp is around this temp all the time, was rotella T6 synthetic, I just changed oil/filters and monitored coolant level, all ok.
