OD in the PNW will hire you for teams. Call them and show an interest. 73 cpm for the miles you drive.

    Midnightrider909 Thanks this.

They are paying me and my co driver $2,500 each every 3 months for a year. It is taxed as a bonus so about 40%"but we have it in black and white on our hire on ppw. They are also paying us pretty well I make 22 cents for ALL miles the truck rolls because payroll doesn't care who drove what so basically 44cpm with a year experience.

Sounds like it's legit. We were getting a 44 cpm split when we left. There has to be a catch. No other company is offering that high of a bonus. I still miss the truck I had with them (4266). It's weird getting attached to a Crapcadia.

Yeah they are giving it. And last I seen they are giving solo drivers 5000 also. That may have changed though. The teams are running all the terminal to terminal stuff and they want it there yesterday. Right now Schneider teams are running a lot of the cross country stuff and Schneider solos are running a lot of the terminal to terminal stuff cause most of us LTL guys won't do it. So yeah they are needing drivers bad right now.

Man. Why would you want to run that LTL crap? I love our team miles with drop and hook!

Lol LTL is where the money is. I love it. If I ever leave here I'll go to another LTL furniture company. Zenith, sunbelt, brooks and Dehart etc. I'm just not a sit in the seat all day guy. I can run 2000 miles a week and bring home 1200-1400 and be home 3-4 nights a week. I got a family and they come first. This way I make dang good money, get to do something I love to do, and see my family.
It's really not that hard of work either.

Plus very soon, Watkins Shepard will be all LTL. Everything else will be Schneider. It's already happening.

I tried and tried to get on with OD. They tell me not looking for teams in my area. I tried the otr team crap and it didn't work out. Plus I wasn't interested in 29 days out. I ended up at FedEx ground dedicated with my brother and we got a west coast run 4 out 3 home for 1050 net week. I would love to make some that OD $ though
