I have come to realize if you can get it somewhere to fix it, just call and say I'm here and they are fixing it. They usually get smart about it but I really don't care what they think. I ain't got time to sit around for hours waiting for them to pass the ball to 5 different people before they finally call someone to fix it.
Last tire I had replaced I called them 3 hrs before they guy got there to fix it. Said when he got there they called him 20 mins ago. 2.5 hrs to call someone after I called them is unacceptable. They say they are trying to fix that but we shall see.
Everything else in my world is just like it was before Schneider. If it changes then I'll look elsewhere. -
My straw to break the camels back, sat for over 4 hours on eastbound 84 in Oregon. Blew a steer tire, when roadside they send finally get there, I get a larger steer. That was it, I was done. I've never had a positive experience with the new breakdown/maintenance since Schneider.
3031 Thanks this. -
Oh it's terrible there ain't no doubt about it. They keep saying they are working on it and it just keeps getting worse. I can definitely agree with you guys there.

I might have gotten my last straw just now. I looked at my paycheck statement online, that's set to deposit tomorrow, and it's $650 short (a mysterious $650 deduction labeled "Cda"). Well, I checked everything else too, to make sure it's right. Discovered they're shaving miles off my trips. As far as I know W/S has always paid actual miles, right? I've never had any problems like this before Schneider. I knew things had gotten worse, but stealing from employee paychecks? I don't know how I can possibly continue on after this. Unless when I call payroll tomorrow they give me a crystal-clear explanation, an apology, and my bleeping money.

Dude they been shaving miles since they started this crap with this new company. I've had to call them every single week. They always fix it but they are doing it. yes we have always been paid practical miles and I have always been paid what I turned in.
You can't take a ltl driver and pay them zip code to zip code. Some places I have to drive 20 more miles from the address to a warehouse in the middle of nowhere. So they can't even expect to pay you the mileage they say the trip should take. I've watched and I'm alway 50-70 miles over what they say it should take to do a tripLast edited: Feb 3, 2017

Better keep up with your stops, pickups and drop n hooks too.
They shorted me 3 pickups 2 weeks ago and tried to pay me as they were drop n hooks. I just about lost it on that conversation.
I just looked and I was shorted 100 miles on one of my trips this week. Guess I'll be calling again this weekLast edited: Feb 3, 2017

Schneider handles payroll now as far as I know........
-
Na still handled in Missoula. I just think they are using Schneider softwAre now.
Got mine fixed. Just a hassle that never happened Until they switched to this crap way. -
Just recently a couple drivers I know had issues about payroll as well. They said Missoula had to wait for a response from Schneider as Missoula only calculated the check, then it was finalized by Schneider then they submitted the pay. I don't know exactly all the madness now as I'm no longer a part of it.
