I use my APU to balance my truck. It worked for my 1st month then quit. The SFS shop fix was to cut the hoses and put zip lock bags over them with rubber bands.

i've never got any flak for idle, is it when your new? my apu broke in november and you better believe i idle the balls off this thing when i have to. i willingly froze a couple nights to help save on fuel, but you can only do so much. if i can ever get in the shop i do want it fixed, i cant use my fridge or anything without it. and i do care about our costs.
being down as much as i have gets to be a drag. i want to see if they will unbolt it fix it and let me pick it up later. im pretty sure the head gasket is toasted.

Hey Ron Paul, just got off the phone with Mussoula and I've been scheduled for oreintation on the 6th of Feb. I guess I can't bring my skateboard but bring my snow shovel. Man it looks cold up there. Hope to run into you sometime. Going to stay at the Econ Lodge for the weekend.

Well sometimes you need to loosen up a bit before you get in the drivers seat.

I don't know about Missoula, but Conover has a strict no alcohol policy during orientation. If you can't go 10 days without alcohol then you don't need to drive anything.
