no, not very often. I'll get out to MN, IA, MO but not much past that. But when I do get out west I try to stay out there for at least a week, but right now im waiting until the snow BS stops then I'll ask to head west again lol. I had enough snow/ice/cold for one year, i'm in spring mode and theres no going back! lol

I have been to all but like 4 or 5 states though, all in just 5 months!

I am just entering school this week with anothwer company but I have been talking with W/S because of their willingness to allow my two 15# puppies to ride with. They will get me out of the cab at breaks and Baxter BooBoo would alert to anything that gets near the truck or trailer. Both these little ones are trained therapy dogs. As far driving in the northwest goes been here for 20 years and don't mind the weather.

 

The weather seems a little different with a 70' truck/trailer and 70-80K lbs!

Put me in my subaru, i'll do 100+mph on snow and ice no problem....Put me in a Big Truck, TOTALLY differant story, all that weight can work for you or against you REAL quick on snow and ice lol

Why are you complaining about LTL if it's $20/stop? All those stops add up. 5 stops, that's an extra $100 in your pocket.
