I have talked to many drivers,male and female,older and younger,that drive for us ex,including a lady trainer thats beeb there for 11 years. They like working for them. The only thing I have been told is you may not get home at the times they tell you when you start.

I could NEVER be a recruiter. They have quotas and will do what it takes to fill them! I will talk to anybody (both sides) about the companies that I have expereince with in the trucking industry, but can give more BAD about most than GOOD. It's a tough industry, but I like it for the scenery and the 'illusion' that I am my own boss!

 

I just read 3 pages and still only heard one side. don't post unless you tell the whole story. It feels like I just wasted 5 min. of my life
