Ways to not get fuel advanced scammed

Have you thought about offering loads to those who can get from A to B without getting into your pocket? It might make for an easier way.

 

Have them send a pic of the BOL before releasing any money.

 

That don't always work. Some of the double broker scam artist do that. Send me the bills showing you got lded.
They photoshop the trk info. Send to orginal broker. I need fuel money or ld delivery complete. Can I get quick pay please.
Then never pay the ones who hauled it
Best thing is to use trks who don't need fuel money. If running that tight on funds they are 2 new tires away from bankruptcy in my opinion

 

Sometimes it's the trucker that's trying not to get burned, never used the broker before and want to at least have fuel covered if you don't get paid. Whenever I used a broker I was unfamiliar with I would tell them, gonna need money after I get loaded.
