I’m not refuting any of your statements, but curious what the deductions are for? Net pay after deductions is $1.87 pm. Either way, still not bad for power only. Doesn’t matter what you make. There’s always a dozen others that make more. There’s no ceiling either. I’ve met a few multi millionaires at the lunch counters. First one was for real, the other two instantly became millionaires after hearing my story of the real multi millionaire. Lol. It was cheap entertainment for me. Lots of rich Truckers on ttr too. Each one richer than the last. No need to ask, they’re quick to let everyone know.

As fuel goes down so does my rate we get a flat rate plus FSC. So yes currently its $2.27 a mile. I Also get more then mileage rate which is why normally towards end of year its higher. For example if i move less then 200 miles in a 24 hour period i get $400 plus stop pays plus detention. Plus unloading if i have to unload the trailer, Safety bonuses, Clean inspections ect....

For power only and especially in this trash market I think that's good.

It's hard just to get $2 a mile loads with a van from what I'm seeing out there.

well i used to make 3800-4200 a week now i'm making 2800-3200 if im lucky and im mean grinding those stingy brokers for good rates (i mostly dispatch myself and the dispatch team takes care of the paper work, packets etc..) or they have some contract loads in specific states if im around ill take them.. so thats a big drop for me i already seen a couple of weeks of 2400$ and i let it slide (i mean it no ones fault its just bad markets) so with the markets turning hard like that its just smart for me to start hauling crude and hot oil or hazmat loads in oil fields at least oil isn't going down anytime soon but spot market is gonna drop more and more .. plus if the markets ever get back up ill just come back .. so it's just a more financial move for me more than anything really .. i value my time end of the day and i know what i'am worth so i never really stop adjusting based on what the world offers me at the time :)

I’m going to go ahead and just say it. I don’t believe a word you have said.
