Yup. I’ve generally only seen this on show trucks and you’d need to own the trailer but you could retain your regular connections with using valves. Could be handy at stop lights during a riot to keep your lines from being unhooked.

This idea would yet be another reason why I would love to have one. Theft, would be hard for anyone to steal my trailer. Never even thought of that and the fact no one could move my trailer means I don't have to worry about dropping it off and someone messing it up and not being accountable for it. Well worth that cost if I could get one I would now even more.

That's a good idea as well. Is that a custom ordered part of does someone sale that?

You could do it yourself with some valves, tees and fittings.

i guess you think the thieves will stop, and not make any attempt to steal the entire rig??

then either cut it up, or ship it to another country, or just toss a molotov at it.

We ran our lines like that with the flatbed so we could hang over the front of the trailer. Yes it looks cleaner but there are some things to keep in mind. As a general rule of thumb if we could see the opposite side landing gear in our mirror when turning we’d get out and make sure the lines weren’t hooked on the flaps. If you turn real sharp you could end up breaking your air lines at the glad hand on the truck because your lines are stretched so tight. If we got in a tight spot we’d close the valves on the trailer and unhook our lines, then once we got situated we’d hook them back up.

HA Ha yeah no not that guy. I used to be one of these guys and know how they think. Make it hard but not impossible and they will take the next best thing.

If I have my trailer parked at a location and another trailer is next to mine. Who's do you think they would pick to steal if no way to get caught? Use a little common sense and it will help you out.

That is why I really liked the thing I posted. It has no issues other than peoples butt getting hurt since it is New and useless to them. Thanks for that information as I figured it would cause some kind of issue.

Here’s a friend of mine from NE. You can basically do the same thing and not need much slack in your lines.

Why no quick connects / glad hands on the lines? I’d think that would be a pita dropping the trailer and what is the second power cord for?

    Siinman Thanks this.

The airlines have quick connects on them. The second power cord is for the dumps and stuff on his trailer axles.
