Does anyone actively keep a website for your company?

We don't have one but are looking to get into LTL freight and are just thinking through things..

What looks more professional? lightingexpress@aol.com or JohnSmith@lightingexpress.com?

Same with a website. It's cheap (relativity speaking) and with templates and the like you can create a good looking site yourself for next to nothing.
Plus, look at the freight providers in the LTL world, they may have something already setup that all you need to is drop in your logo and it's done.

You are "just" one of the million trucking companies. Having a website the office person can look at when you give them your card just may be what makes them remember you when they need a truck.

    LightningExpress Thanks this.

See, I'm thinking it doesn't matter. Your page is the one and one hosting page that says 'create a website'..

I had one that had a picture of my truck and a little blurb, not "that domain is not a available".
