Hey Daytona, I followed your threads about Maverick and I am also considering Maverick, just waiting on the final checks to see if I am approved. Have you left them or are you leaving them? I have to admit after reading some of your experiences I have had a few second thoughts? Especially about the legallity of there driving (recruiter says they drive 100% legal) and also some of what you experienced in the agility test? Jumping up on a 5 foot box on top of trailer?? I am 47 years old and have never flat bedded any advice or instruction would be appreciated!!
Thanks -
I am sure you will be fine for the physical test it is not that strenous and most of what they do is get a baseline for your range of motions in case you get hurt they can say here this is where you where when you started with us. As far as legal goes their are all kinds of ways to stretch the log books and what you do is u to you but maverick will expect you to run hard. What you do is up to you that is the world I live in. Remember a recruiter is just doing his job so you can take that for what it is worth.Good luck I am not planning on leaving in the next six months but I do not see Maverick or any company driving as a long range option for me.

Hey Daytona I appreciate your reply, is there anyway I can find out what is exactly involved in all of there tests? I am just a little skiddish about giving up a steady job where I am home every night for something that I may or may not even make it thru??
