I took it that the OP was referring to stations that have lighted signs that bypass or require a truck to enter, specific to the truck passing the sensors. If he is talking about a standard sign, then I'm following in-cab and hammering by.

    Bypass example:

    Who takes priority?

    Scale or prepass?

If the pass says green and scale says come on in. Wouldn't there be a reason they want to see your angry face.? lol

If weight in motion is telling me "Must enter" I am entering regarding of what prepass, or drywyze saying, simply because getting pulled over on a shoulder and explaining officer that someone game me green light at weight station is worst then just simply slowing down at a station

Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and other western states. A few other places that I don't recall. They state in red that the truck must enter the station, if so.

That’s why I didn’t get it. I mostly run East of the Mississippi. Don’t usually see them like that. Here it’s usually the big word or the dirty 4 letter word with signs that usually pre date all the bypass systems. They almost always say All trucks must enter.

They have them in Georgia. They replaced the PrePass system with them and don't use PrePass at all anymore.

I didn’t take it. It was an example I found on the internet. You could be right though.
