I have a 2017 freightliner cascadia dd15 engine and dd12 transmission the truck has started making like a grinding sound but only when I pull a heavy load if im empty the noise goes away but the heavier the load the more intense the sound you can hear it most at low speeds 1-10 miles per hour any idea what it could be ?

Are you saying its from the transmission when first starting out from being stopped, or does it sound like back at the drive axles ?
