Just send in the toll receipt and they put it on ur check. We have E-Z pass.
LTL loads are $30 a stop, minus the 1st and last stop if I recall correctly. Haven't had a big one in a while. Last one was 15 stops over 3 days.
There is no routing. U get the p/u and del the rest is up to u. I have GPS I use for reference but still break out my maps.
The trks are nice, haven't really noticed any back aches. It was hell on my arse for bit until I remember the seat adjustment to move the cushion. Was in pain for a couple of weeks and couldn't get comfortable. Then felt like an idiot after remembering.
The Terminals overall are ok. Plymouth,Wi, and Idaho Falls,Id are basically just hubs with parking areas. Nothing really there. Allentown, Irving, Joliet, Winter Haven, McDonough and Joliet are used for storage, shipping and receiving plus parking. There are showers and drivers lounges. Modesto is the same but I've never looked in the showers or driver lounge, not even sure if they have one honestly. Been there a dozen times but usually just dropping something rejected off or long enough to clean out my trailer. De Pere is pretty nice, but thats also the corporate office so u expect that.

Hi does WEL have and terminals or drop yards in Louisiana or Mississippi.. Thanks and be safe
-
No they do not. Dallas, Atlanta and Orlando area in the southern U.S.
-
Hey Higgie, Does WEL have a Eastern, Mid-West and Western States division?
-
There is regional work. But as far as divisions I don't thinks so. Never asked about it or heard anything about it.
-
Hey higgie is most of the freight food?
-
95% are food loads.
MD STEELERS FAN Thanks this. -
Thanks, hows things going this week? Good I hope.
-
Are most of the drop offs at docks or could they be dropped at a restaurant? Or a grocery store? Do you get paid to clean out the trailer if you have a messy load? Also do they pay you the miles while you are in route to clean your trailer?
Thanks Higgie. -
I won't say it doesn't happen but I have never been to a restaurant or actual store.
Dirty trailers are part of the job. I have the trailer I am responsible for it. I sweep it or get it washed out if need be. I have never asked about getting paid for it. Maybe I'm missing out on money but that's just me. Honestly its a huge pet peeve of mine when I go to pick up an mt and the driver b4 me was to lazy to clean it out or get it cleaned out.Last edited: Jul 25, 2010
