WEL...you better not have a physical limitation

In reality I think that Sleep Apnea is nothing more than the current "cause of the day" so to speak.

I doubt that there will ever be anything definitive at the regulatory level simply because it is not as easy to make a "hard" diagnosis as it is with other things like hypertension and diabetes.

In order to make it reasonable they would have to test everybody just like they do with BP and blood sugar.

As for companies testing for it? Well I think that they are going to find that the "return on investment" is not practical.

Likely as not over the next couple of years, everybody is going to get so wrapped up in the whole CSA 2010 thing that we are going to see this type of stuff come and go until the whole thing gets settled into a "standard procedure" scanario.

lol..Yes maam..but I'm in the beginning stages so I consider myself "Minimenopausal" and I have only experienced the "Mini Nuclear Explosians" so far but boy howdy those fast flashes of heat waves are reckless..lol..normally I'm a bit of an "ice Queen" when it comes to body tempiture and this goin from 0* to 100* is not funny at all..

 

I believe you are correct Jim. Now for people like me, and apparently a lot of others on the forum here, SA is a very real thing. But treatment takes care of it.

However, as with anything else, folks found they could make money off somebody else's problem, and they are going to milk it for all it is worth. I just saw the bill for my pulse oxymiter test. This is where you take the machine home with you and clip it on your finger while you sleep in your own bed. The bill was $385.00. (You can BUY one of the #### things on line for $39.00.) And then the bill for the office visit was over a hundred dollars. . .

I'm real curious to see what my insurance has to say about this. . .
