    Your attempt to construe low pay as a violation of the constitution is as much BS as some of these characters who claim that logbooks are a violation of our privacy, and that paying taxes is unconstitutional. If you don't like the company or feel that their employment practices are unfair then LEAVE.

    As you have the right to leave the company you cannot claim involuntary servitude, and as you have not been placed with the company as a result of a decision by a judge for crimes committed you also cannot be seen as serving a punishment duty.

    About the only violation I come across is that perhaps some drivers are just too stupid to leave and therefore they could argue that
