Alright so I am gearing up to go back to OTR after a two years of leave to try a new adventure.....as you can tell that didn't work out so well. After three weeks of putting out aps I finally got a hit from Western Express, Now I have read all the posts I could find that say how bad they are but I am going to give them a chance because I am dying a slow poor death without work right now. Heres my question even though I have several years (6) of experience I had taken 2 for a change that didn't take hold how long would anyone suggest I stick it out with Western before I try to move on? If I do try to move on I might like their company! Now mind you I have great MVR, clean history just two years of non- driving.

If you are already thinking of switching companies why not do it now and save yourself the time and job hopping record?!

Just pretend you already are employed there and go find a different company!
