okaaaaay then I was wrong. taking your 34 in a posted no parking zone or on the GW is acceptable trip planning.

Try to take my families home over some pissant power trip ######## and i absolutely will become a murderer. Might end up getting caught and going to prison, but i guaranty you will spend the last hours of your life begging for a quick death.

Wow. What a horrible human being. By the account I read the guy had all the chances in the world and lost it all for being vindictive.

Sometimes "vindictive" is the only avenue for justice you have left when some piss-ant nobody gets to power tripping and uses other people's money to pay lawyers to dupe the courts into doing their dirty work for them, giving their thievery the illusion of being "legal".

There is nothing more dangerous than a man with nothing left to lose.

Actually, it's not your right, even if it is your property. If you intentionally cause destruction or damage to your neighbors property, because of your actions, you can be held liable for it. Following your logic, I want to move in next door to you, I can assure you, there will be parties 24/7/365, I will book a different death metal band to play an outdoor concert beginning at 10 pm and ending at 2 am, 7 days a week, and I will tell all my guests to park wherever they please, oh, and they can release their bodily fluids, etc. anyplace they need to, even in broad daylight, oh, and that buck naked couple screwing on the front yard at 10 am, don't mind them, there'll be 5 more joining them shortly. After all, it's my yard, my right, if it ruins your house, your property value, who cares, MOVE. Oh, and when you can't sell your house because of my actions, don't bother to sue, after all, it's my property, my right, your problem.

It's also called stupidity. I'm curious, when that state trooper pulls you over with a power trip, do you loose your cool and get vindictive with him?

Every time I hear somebody claim they'll murder over anything other than immediate risk of harm, I just hope they're being hyperbolic. That's a horrific mindset to have.

Go for it. I've mowed my yard with my pickup truck. Gunfire is a regular sound in the neighborhood, and I've stood inside my home and opened fire into the back yard when I've had the notion to shoot something. My neighbor builds mud trucks and derby cars, and so it's not uncommon to hear unmuffled engines revving up at any given time, either. Even my own vehicles have a nice "rumble" to them...can't idle through a parking garage without setting off car alarms, and I bang 'em off the rev limiters every time I peel out of here.

It really is a wonderful place to live...everyone does as they please, and keeps their nose out of business that ain't their own.
