Due to rapid growth for regional and dedicated drivers, Stevens Transport has partnered with Tampa Truck Driving School to recruit and train our new drivers in Tampa, FL. TTDS has an excellent reputation, and offers outstanding hands on training. Our strategic partnership allows new drivers the opportunity to take advantage of employer based training while earning their Commercial Drivers License. Once on the road, the graduates of the TTDS program earn up to $50,000 in their first year and $70,000 in their third year.
By training at Tampa’s leading CDL training program, will place your professional driving career on the fast track. In addition to helping students receive their CDL, certified professional trainers teach new drivers the industry best practices to help them become the best and safest drivers on the road. Their students receive the time and attention needed to help them succeed during an intense three (3) week commercial driving school.
Tampa CDL Training
Our approved partner, Tampa Truck Driving School, starts a new training class every Monday. Classes are held Monday through Friday, and new drivers get a total of 165 hours of training time. After completing the program and obtaining your CDL, Stevens will pay for your transportation to our Headquarters in Dallas, Texas to attend orientation. All drivers are required to attend new hire orientation. Upon successful completion of orientation, you will become an employee of Stevens Transport and added to the professional driver payroll.

Not gonna happen, when you see so many posts ask this same question then they go on to explain that they smoked 5 months before.

Had you explained about the hospital issue in your initial question, you wouldve gotten a reply of, get a letter from your dr explaining the need for the opiate drugs, and youll be fine.

Thank you again for all of your help, Chinatown! I am going to go there tomorrow to get some more information. My husband and I want to do tandem driving, the only think that has been holding us back is the hair follicle test from me being hospitalized a few months ago. You said Stephens just does urine testing? We both appreciate your help and we are excited to start training!

 

Make sure you tell Stevens you want to run teams. Their website shows a husband/wife team, so you should be ok.
