So does the app some shippers think they're entitled to have you install on your personal phone for their convenience. Forget it. Never done it and thankfully they don't really ever force the issue. I might go get a bricked flip phone so I can dodge the question by telling them I don't have a smartphone if I ever need to.

If you want I can find the full quote, but the dude spent two years on a plot of land with a pocket full of money and a lot of friends nearby. After two years, his money was sorely depleted and he moved back home. Dude was basically the first youtube homesteader.

 

The funny thing about all these folks living off the grid is they have a you tube channel.

 

Its gonna be interesting when hillywood uses ai to replace all the prima donna “movie stars” with robots that don’t need money or contracts. CGI has just about replaced lifelike actual real stunts with fake fire and cartoon like action.

 

It’ll be interesting to see the people who think they are wealthy have to live like us simpletons. I for one advise them to learn that not everyone gets the best of the best all the time.

 

I did a Load for RXO last week. They required tracking. I clicked a request. They were so disorganized. Phones were fuzzy, background noise was terrible. The whole Office sounded like mayhem. Computers weren’t co operating, Text messaging copy of BOL didn’t work. Next day they were requesting a copy of POD. I looked for the app to delete it. No App. to delete. They’re using an app. less tracking system. All boiled down to a big PITA. Idiots bugging me to use a bunch of technology that causes more confusion than results. Everyone’s working for the program. Technology is great, but more and more becoming a tool of enslavement.

 

Exactly!!!! My wife watches some of that about these women living off by themself somewhere. I’m like, ya except for the 5 camera men walking everywhere with her.
