Driver's want to protect their jobs. If driver's try and discuss disagreements with their dispatchers and/or load planners, many of them are afraid of losing what little income they are getting. When I discussed disagreements with Werner dispatchers and/or load planners, the results were not good and I felt more coerced because I tried to resolve an unrealistic ETA or achieve authorization for truck repairs or a necessary medical leave of absence. Everything I requested was disregarded and/or avoided...it's like they wanted to see how far they could push me......and they are pushing me to talk with a very good lawyer. I don't believe all trucking companies function at this level. There are really good trucking companies that take into account their driver's safety at the level of dispatching and/or load planning...I don't see that happening with Werner...at all....

I doubt there are any lawyers (except the ones on TV reality shows) that would touch this case in a thousand years. Lawyers don't normally like being publicly embarrassed. All you have is your opinion and you cannot sue over your feelings. My advice is to move on and accept that you just don't like the job.
