I rechecked and Werner still has no debt, so they can't file for chapter 13 if they don't have debt :p

But they are starting to slip highly on profits, what I don't see is firing I mean we are on the watch list, aka we messed up and had several late loads driver fault in a row and surely would be first to get axed???

Of course, I would be very sad to be fired =(

    Howdy, Rick.

I'm gonna admit, right off, that I haven't yet read the link you've provided, ----
But based on your comments, I think it's wise to agree with you.

Well, ....... except for some truckin' companies knowin' "how to run a business".

I'm thinkin' many KNEW how, before the southbound economy, but now-a-daze, they may NOT (know how to run their business).
    It's changin' day-by-day, now-a-daze.
I wonder if many truckin' companies can do what their drivers do?
    Aim High and Plan Ahead.
    Expect the UNexpected?
YeAH, Big truck truck drivers do that on a daily basis.
Some nine-to-five with weekends off, ----
And to others, ..... Saturday & Sunday are just numbers on
    a calendar -----
All the same just different numbers/names ----
More for easy identification purposes on Bills-0-Laden, and log books.
    I reckon.

    Days are like miles -----
And it seems we all want more of both.
    Who wouldn't?

I've said it before and I'll repeat ......

In the Big truck truckin' industry, a squeekin' wheel
    doesn't usually get the grease.
    NopE!
More often than not, especially these daze, ---
    The squeekin' wheels get
    REPLACED.

I hear doin' that actually SAVES a truckin' company's money.
And, ...... that right thar IS what it's ALL about. :yes2557:
If thangs don't make sense ----
    By GollY!
    Follow the Money Trail.

    And remember ----
The truckin' industry is PERFORMANCE oriented.
    Their drivers are no exception.
The better a Bttdriver is at dealin' with what "IS",---
And not dwellin' on what "IS" WAS and/or the way "IS" OUGHTA be, -----
"IS", IMO, more likely to see a glass half FULL.
Instead of nearly empty. Perhaps -----
    Those are memories and dreams?
Nice to hang onto, but not necessarily the best way
to go about approachin' life, in general, now-a-daze(d)
    and confused.
    IMO....... (?).
    Cowboy UP & Git-'er-done!
Ride the bull called "IS" ....... for the full 8-seconds ----
And y'all just might win the event.
    Or, at least survive it.
    And live to ride again.
I'm thinkin' consistency can take y'all farther than one big ride, -----
Which, in the long run, I think, consistency is preferable over flamin' out early.
Followed thereafter by frequent sub-8-second rides, and out of the money.

Those of y'all who want to get into Bttruckin' ---
be prepared to put up with what'cha'll will likely run into.
I'm thinkin' that once the better truckin' companies start doin' better ----
they're gonna notice who stuck with 'em,
    through thick & thin.
    Might be worth considerin'.
If y'all have a mind to.

We can't change what "IS", ....... really is ----
Even as hard as Bill tried to redefine "IS".
When he had no answer (he wanted to tell).

    What IS, "IS"?
    Hmmmmmmmm :smt017
    For me?
    "IS", is, ....... reality.
    Is that ever AfterShocking!
    :biggrin_2551:
    It has been for me.
    It's twue!
    It's twue!
    :yes2557:

I take it in doses ---
    Mornin' --- NooN & Night.
And if I lose that prescription for "IS" ----
    "IS" catches up with me.
    Sooner or later.
    Imagine that.

How convenient IS that? :biggrin_25525: :laughing-guffaw::laughing-guffaw:
    All depends.
    Ya reckon. :yes2557::biggrin_25525:

Just a few thoughts that I think I thunk
    And a shout-out to :director2::director:~~~ RickG -----
For causin' me to think 'em. :salute:

Would it surprise y'all if I told y'all that I've heard that before?
    More & More, these daze.

I mean, just 'bout EVERYtime I walk into a store
    still in business,
SOMEone workin' there asks me ----
    Can I HELP You?

So, I'm thinkin' it's becomin' pretty obvious, -----
    More & More.
    :biggrin_25524::biggrin_25521:

I just inform them all that I'm beyond "help".
And if they press the issue, ..... I explain that
    MANY
    have tried.
    and
    MANY have failed.

Ergo, I've taken on the challenge of -----
    Helpin' MySelF.

It's a learnin' process IN the process at this time.
Keepin' in mind --- the results could go either way.
    :tongue3:

I do know that about a day or 2 ago I got a message over the big brother box that says night staff is operating reduced now and limit messages and calls to only what is neccessary. So it seems that they finaly trimmed something besides drivers lol.
