I did not go to trucking school if thats what you meant, but i went to orientation in indy, 4 people were there, my trainer came the morning after orientation (and i was the last one to leave with a trainer!). I'm getting good miles now making around $800 a week. I have lots and lots and lots of complaints about the log system and a certain someone who works in the logs department.

What comes around goes around, does that mean you''re paying me for answering?

My trainer was alright. Didnt know about team showers (buy one get one free ...everywhere), and i personally didnt like his driving but i dont like most peoples driving. Hometime..eh. They'll get you home on time. I'm currently POd because i went home today for two days....when it was agreed i'd be home for 3 days. My dispatcher insists i only asked for two days. I said, well thats why i stayed out three weeks, so i'd get 3 days. That'll never happen again. i'm coming home next weekend!

I'm from michigan. Don't eat blue snow either. RC cars..heh...

NO ROADTEST. Seriously, WTF? It's set up where your trainer just tests you while you drive. MAKE SURE he fills out the sheet, or you'll have to take a real one in front of a safety guy, and these are pretty famous for being stressful.

I processed out to solo in omaha though, and was told i had to go outside to do a pretrip test. What really happened was a cool safety guy told us how to pretrip in 10 seconds or so and told us that it's ok to urinate in the radiator if the truck shuts down for low antifreeze.
