    hey if i could but in im new here and got a few ?'s

    ive been driving for 11 years all for local small companies but OTR and have never worked for the big guys i.e. schneider, werner, jb and such. if i was to get on with say werner what is the chain of events leading up to actually driving for an experienced driver as in orientation, presume i wont need driving training but some training of some sort id imagine i dont know. ive never had an accident and my mvr is clean with close to a million accident free miles. thanks for any info

    Jaco, Remember I am no authority but, there were a couple of experienced guys in the orientations I was around. They were given road tests and if they passed they were given a truck. No driver training. One fellow had little experience, with Werner in fact, he failed the backing test so they put him with a trainer for 40 hours.

    They custom fit as needed for experienced guys.
