Just commented on the other one you posted. Knight reefer over werner. I drover on the dry side of Knight. It will be a good place for you to start. They are a bit better than the dry side IMHO.

I would definitely drive for k-night and i use to drive for werner and they are just too cheap for a trucker to make a living, 0.26 cpm such a crime. Werner drivers are just driving for fun and food i guess they have no life i think they are all homeless people, why they drive for werner i don't know maybe low self-esteem. Not to offense werner drivers the pay is sucks and if they change the pay i would definitely go back to work for them.

Asking a driver "Knight or Werner" is like asking them if they want to be beat to death with a wood baseball bat, or an aluminum baseball bat. Either way hurts the same. Some of the stories I hear from Knight drivers are just too bizarre to even think about getting mixed up with. Werner sucks too, but less than Knight.

Knight will have you drop a trailer at a customer, then tell you to "Go find an empty somewhere". They can't tell you where their trailers are, but they want you to waste time looking for them. Werner will use you as cheap labor, till you get enough experience to escape, but at least they know where their trailers are.
