I *think* that you get a $100 extra on your check for being on time the entire week. If you look on your check you might get $100 extra under the lable (account specific).
My bf's account is Sears but I don't know if the $100 for being on time is only sears related. He's on the north east and also gets extra $$ for going certain places like long island.
He was on a team last fall but by christmas his team mate quit so now he rolls alone.
The qualcomm sometimes sends out alerts saying 'this person got a bonus for so and so' so it seems like they are out there but I don't know what you do for em.

Bonuses are funny things. On the one hand, employers try to make them sound like they're a given. On the other hand, if bonuses were guaranteed, they wouldn't be called bonuses.

In this economy, I wouldn't hold my breath. About a year ago, Werner started cutting everything, or raising the standards for bonuses to nigh-impossible heights.

the fuel bonuses i see people are doing 8.1-7.8 mpg. now lets see i manage 6.6mpg but i haul 40-45k lb loads back and forth across the rockies alot. but even when they take it easy on me and let me go with a 20k load in the flat lands i still only get 6.9-7.0mpg i really want to know how these people manage. those types of mpg. or if they are just lies. cause if im not driving the truck is off. i dont idle at all due to spending half my time in cali.

i was on a trainer truck for a few weeks, the trainer got a $700. bonus. he said he was not sure why.. we did all runs on time or early. really early. turned nothing down. we were doing around 6k each week. an i know it was not a fuel bonus.

Jolsen, They get the mileage with newer trucks and doing illegal things on the road, like drifting down hills(no control over truck) they take it out of gear any chance they can( coming up on red lights coming off highways, just to name a few). They also float gears instead of using clutch, not illegal.

Hey BigRig, I'm with you all the way. My wife and myself just got out of a truck after 2 years and ran 530,000 miles!! It adds up quick. Whats nice about doing it with her is, it ALL goes in the same bank. We just took a 2 month break so I could help a friend out on his belly dumps but we're looking to jump back in another truck real soon.
