I was wondering the same thing, their website don't give a lot of info, but i guess it they are mostly a dedicated fleet, they have a couple of job posting for the midlands (Columbia area SC) and there is not a lot of good work around here. Hopefully u have better luck with this tread than i did with mine.

    TURKER Thanks this.

95% of their trucks are slip seated day cabs when I worked for them for 5 years. Volvos and internationals. They had their own shop(out on hwy 70 between raleigh and durham) and their own trailers. Main terminal in durham (near the shop) zero amenities and nothing really OTR. They had very few trucks with sleepers so almost everything was dedicated or day trip. No other real terminals per se but drop lots in several cities in NC and SC.

The owners were constantly trying to find someone to buy them out so they could retire and call it a day. The first real offer they got they would be out the door. I have heard that this has since happened.

Dispatch while I was there was more or less competent and used paper logs. The dedicated routes were ok but the rest of the fleet they kept wild and you never went the same place twice. I worked 60 hour weeks for those 5 years and they whined like a ^%&%# whenever you wanted a break. While you generally got home every day and had weekends mostly off, it certainly was never a dream job. Pay was fine for this type of job, i was making 15/hr and was paid straight time.

The owner was kinda a douche who thought he was far more competent then he was. Many of the regional managers and dispatchers were highly competent and pleasant to work with. So all in all it is not a bad place to work if you know going in that you are ok with slip seating day cabs.
